Butter prawns with Halloumi

A quick easy dish, for the whole family to enjoy.

  • 100g Salted Butter
  • zest 2 lemons
  • 200g large raw prawns
  • 350g tagliatelle
  • 50g Halloumi cheese
  • Seasonings (optional)


    1. Melt the butter for as long a necessary
    2. Add the lemon zest to the butter and fry the prawns
    3. Meanwhile, cook the Halloumi cheese, until well cooked.
    4. Boil the tagliatelle according to the instrctions on the packet. Then drain the water.
    5. Add the pasta to the prawns, and stir until well mixed.
    6. Toss in seasonings to give it flavour.
    7. ENJOY!
