Method

  • step 1

    Sieve the Gram flour to a bowl.
  • step 2

    Add the remaining ingredients, add water and mix to a custard type consistency.
  • step 3

    Heat oil. Add spoonfuls of the mix to the hot oil.
  • step 4

    Fry until golden brown.
  • step 5

    Serve with a dip of natural yoghurt with spices.
