Better than onion bhajees

  • 100g Gram flour
  • Pinch of salt
  • Coriander leaves
  • Ground coriander seeds
  • Ground cumin seeds
  • Fenugreek
  • Chopped onions
  • Chopped spinach
  • Whole cumin seeds
  • Splash of lemon juice
  • Ground or fresh finely chopped chillies
  • Chopped potatoes


    1. Sieve the Gram flour to a bowl.
    2. Add the remaining ingredients, add water and mix to a custard type consistency.
    3. Heat oil. Add spoonfuls of the mix to the hot oil.
    4. Fry until golden brown.
    5. Serve with a dip of natural yoghurt with spices.
