- 12 oz Caster Suger
- 1 lge Egg
- 4 oz Butter
- 8 oz Selfraising flour
- 1 tsp Ginger
Method
- STEP 1Cream butter, Suger and egg together
- STEP 2Sift flour and ginger, mix with creamed mix
- STEP 3roll mixture into walnut size portions, place on to grease proof paper
- STEP 4place in over 180 degrees for 20mins until golden brown
