- 12 oz Caster Suger
- 1 lge Egg
- 4 oz Butter
- 8 oz Selfraising flour
- 1 tsp Ginger
Method
step 1
Cream butter, Suger and egg togetherstep 2
Sift flour and ginger, mix with creamed mixstep 3
roll mixture into walnut size portions, place on to grease proof paperstep 4
place in over 180 degrees for 20mins until golden brown
