160g gluten free flour can be self raising or plain whatever you have in stock
280g gluten free oats - grind to oatmeal
200g margarine
2 teaspoon ginger ground
lemon zest of half and juice of half a lemon
250g brown sugar
70ml water
Method
STEP 1
melt marg a min in microwave or pan on stove, add sugar first, then heat a minute in microwave or on stove and mix, then add water, then add rest of ingredients
STEP 2
grease and line a 9 inch square ish tin
STEP 3
pour in mix and bake at 160 degree c for 45 minutes approx. wants to be dry on top and a little bit of spring (won't ever be very springy due to the oats)
