Ingredients

  • 2 tsp vegetable oil
  • 2 Onions, Sliced
  • 4 Garlic Cloves, Diced
  • 6 Tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 tsp Fennel Seed
  • 1 tsp Fenugreek Seeds (Methi Seeds)
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • ½ cup Fresh Mint , chopped
  • ½ cup Fresh Coriander , chopped
  • 4 tsp Fish Masala
  • 400 g cooked Prawns

Method

  • STEP 1
    Fry the seeds in the oil for a minute until fragrant
  • STEP 2
    Add onion and garlic and fry gently until soft - roughly 5mins
  • STEP 3
    Add tomatoes, fish Masala & half of the herbs and cook for 5-7 minutes until tomatoes break up
  • STEP 4
    Add the prawns and continue to cook for 5 mins
  • STEP 5
    Take off the heat and stir in remaining herbs and serve with basmati rice
