A great Italian Simple Dish!

  • 1 lb Thin spaghetti
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed, peeled, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 3 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup fresh Italian parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh Parmesan cheese, freshly grated


    1. Boil the water to cook the pasta.
    2. In a large frying pan, saute the garlic and hot pepper in the oil for 2 to 3 minutes.
    3. Drain the pasta and add it to the pan.
    4. Add the parsley and grated Parmesan cheese, and mix thoroughly.
    5. Toss with the oil and heat for 1 minute.
