  • 1/2 cup fresh Italian parsley, chopped

Method

  • step 1

    Boil the water to cook the pasta.
  • step 2

    In a large frying pan, saute the garlic and hot pepper in the oil for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • step 3

    Drain the pasta and add it to the pan.
  • step 4

    Add the parsley and grated Parmesan cheese, and mix thoroughly.
  • step 5

    Toss with the oil and heat for 1 minute.
