Simple Chocolate Sauce

- 100g Good Quality Plain Chocolate (Milk works but wont be as rich)
- 35g Butter
- Pinch Ground Cinnamon
Tablespoon of Fruit Syrup (Perfect if you are using the sauce for tinned fruit)
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Essence
- STEP 1To make the chocolate sauce, tip the chocolate and butter into a heatproof bowl and place over a saucepan of simmering hot water. (take care to ensure the bottom of the bowl is not in contact with the water). Stir until the chocolate has combined with the butter.
- STEP 2Add one of the optional ingredients and stir
- STEP 3Serve Immediately.
