Method
- STEP 1apply oil on d brinjal n just keep it on slow flame.as soon as it turns black,dip d same in cold water, n peal of d skin
- STEP 2in a pan add oil.. thn add onion,capsicum n salt, whn it turns 2 golden colour add chopped tomatoes n stir
- STEP 3thn add red chilly pwd,corinder pwd,green chiily n sought
- STEP 4finally add brinjal chopped n sought.. add a little amt o water n cook on slow flame
- STEP 5serve wid roti n garnish wid coriander
