  • tomatoes 4
  • onion 3
  • green chilly 2
  • coriander
  • oil
  • salt
  • red chilly pwd
  • coriander pwd
  • capsicum 1


    1. apply oil on d brinjal n just keep it on slow soon as it turns black,dip d same in cold water, n peal of d skin
    2. in a pan add oil.. thn add onion,capsicum n salt, whn it turns 2 golden colour add chopped tomatoes n stir
    3. thn add red chilly pwd,corinder pwd,green chiily n sought
    4. finally add brinjal chopped n sought.. add a little amt o water n cook on slow flame
    5. serve wid roti n garnish wid coriander
