Ingredients

  • 170g low fat cheddar cheese
  • 900g broccoli
  • 4 whole eggs
  • 4 egg whites

Method

  • STEP 1
    Preheat oven to 220 Line a 9x13 inch baking pan with foil or grease it well and set aside. Boil the broccoli until it still has a little and roughly chop. Season well.
  • STEP 2
    Add the cooked but still al dente broccoli to the prepared baking dish. Top with 2/3 of the shredded cheese. Pour the whisked egg on top and then sprinkle the remaining cheese on top. Bake in the oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the quiche has thoroughly cooked and the top is golden. Slice into twelve pieces and devour.
