Low Carb Low Fat Broccoli Cheese Quiche

Easy to make ahead, low fat, low carb, high protein!
- 170g low fat cheddar cheese
- 900g broccoli
- 4 whole eggs
- 4 egg whites
- STEP 1Preheat oven to 220 Line a 9x13 inch baking pan with foil or grease it well and set aside. Boil the broccoli until it still has a little and roughly chop. Season well.
- STEP 2Add the cooked but still al dente broccoli to the prepared baking dish. Top with 2/3 of the shredded cheese. Pour the whisked egg on top and then sprinkle the remaining cheese on top. Bake in the oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the quiche has thoroughly cooked and the top is golden. Slice into twelve pieces and devour.
