A tasty Mediterranean salad, full of crisp, crunch and flavour.

  • a large handful watercress, cut up with scissors
  • 6 radishes cut into circles
  • half cucumber skinned, deseeded, cut into half moons
  • 1 boiled egg cut in quarters
  • 40g Feta Cheese torn into chunks
  • 1 beetroot cut into chunks
  • 2 teaspoons Dukkah


  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • a pinch sea salt
  • half teaspoon mustard powder
  • 2 garlic cloves peeled and crushed


  1. Mix all the dressing ingredients together in a small bowl, set aside.

  2. Take two plates, divide each ingredient except the Dukkah, in order of ingredients list, between the two plates.

  3. Dribble the dressing over each salad plate and finally sprinkle the Dukkah.
