Feta, Egg and Watercress Salad.

Ingredients
- a large handful watercress, cut up with scissors
- 6 radishes cut into circles
- half cucumber skinned, deseeded, cut into half moons
- 1 boiled egg cut in quarters
- 40g Feta Cheese torn into chunks
- 1 beetroot cut into chunks
- 2 teaspoons Dukkah
Dressing
- a large handful watercress, cut up with scissors
- 6 radishes cut into circles
- half cucumber skinned, deseeded, cut into half moons
- 1 boiled egg cut in quarters
- 40g Feta Cheese torn into chunks
- 1 beetroot cut into chunks
- 2 teaspoons Dukkah
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- a pinch sea salt
- half teaspoon mustard powder
- 2 garlic cloves peeled and crushed
Method
- STEP 1Mix all the dressing ingredients together in a small bowl, set aside.
- STEP 2Take two plates, divide each ingredient except the Dukkah, in order of ingredients list, between the two plates.
- STEP 3Dribble the dressing over each salad plate and finally sprinkle the Dukkah.
