- Unica bul bread leaven ½ tsp
- Milk or vegan milk 200ml
- Brown sugar 1 tbsp
- Balsamic vinegar 1 tsp
- Oil 6 tbsp
- Egg whites 1
- chickpea flour + water 30g + 60ml
- Himalayan fine salt 1 tsp
- Dry yeast 2 tsp
- Water 260ml
- Black bread flour 500g

Method
- STEP 1Put the proteins (or chickpea flour + water), oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, water and milk in a bowl and mix well.
- STEP 2Pour this mixture into the form of a bread machine.
- STEP 3Add the flour and sprinkle the yeast on top.
- STEP 4Switch on the bread machine to a gluten-free program or a normal program.
