spicy bean burgers

Fab for veggie`s+non-veggie`s


  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 4garlic cloves crushed
  • 2tsp curry powder
  • 2 red chillies chopped
  • 2 400g tins of beans(black eye or cannellini
  • 100g breadcrumbs
  • salt and pepper


  • STEP 1
    Heat the oil+fry the onion,garlic+chilli until soft
  • STEP 2
    Remove from heat+in a bowl combine with other ingrediants,mash with a fork or blend in a food processor.
  • STEP 3
    Season with salt+pepper+shape into burgers, fry gently for a few minutes each side
