Radish Pickle

Use the leftover garden radishes in this pickle treat, preservation gone tasty!

Ingredients

  • 3 Radishes, chopped finely
  • 1 Red Onion, finely chopped
  • 1tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1tbsp Sugar
  • 1tsp Salt

Method

  • STEP 1
    Add all of the ingredients into a bowl, and scrunch together with your hands, to introduce them to one and other.
  • STEP 2
    Leave to marry for 30mins at least, but it's better to leave it in the fridge over night.
