Ingredients
- 3 Radishes, chopped finely
- 1 Red Onion, finely chopped
- 1tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
- 1tbsp Sugar
- 1tsp Salt
Method
- STEP 1Add all of the ingredients into a bowl, and scrunch together with your hands, to introduce them to one and other.
- STEP 2Leave to marry for 30mins at least, but it's better to leave it in the fridge over night.
