Use the leftover garden radishes in this pickle treat, preservation gone tasty!

Ingredients

  • 3 Radishes, chopped finely
  • 1 Red Onion, finely chopped
  • 1tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1tbsp Sugar
  • 1tsp Salt

Method

  1. Add all of the ingredients into a bowl, and scrunch together with your hands, to introduce them to one and other.

  2. Leave to marry for 30mins at least, but it's better to leave it in the fridge over night.
