preheat the oven to 200 degrees celsius. Put the flower and the sugar into a large bowl and mix together

microwave the butter until soft (1 minute 45 in 100w microwave) then add the peanut butter and beat the mixture with a fork until the beanut butter has melted. Stir in with the flour and sugar

beat the eggs and add them to the mixture with the golden syrup , stirring until a moist dough is formed. Then stir in the chocolate

With two spoons form the mixture into small balls-about an inch and a half in diameter and put them on a baking tray- be sure to leave plenty of space in between as they will spread

place in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden in the middle and browned on the edges. Leave on a wire reack or plate to cool for at least half an hour so that they become crispier and chewier
