  • 1 kg cream cheese

  • 15 g carmelised orange zest
  • Chocolate topping
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 85 g butter
  • 1 tbsp cacao (rounded)
  • 1 tbsp water

Method

  • step 1

    Preheat the oven to 200C/gas 180C/fan 6
  • step 2

    Mix (use a mixer) all ingredients until a dough will be smooth. Then add whipped white. Stir the dough using wooden spoon.
  • step 3

    Grease removable-bottomed tin (24 cm or 26 cm) and bake 1 hour until cake will be lightly brown.
  • step 4

    Cool it and scatter with icing sugar or chocolate topping.
