500ml Greek Yoghurt with Honey (Asda do a good one)
1 Lyons Golden Syrup Loaf Cake
100g Unsalted Butter
150g Soft Brown Sugar

Method
step 1
Halve and stone the plums and put them cut side up in a roasting tin
step 2
Cut the butter into small pieces and dob randomly over the plums
step 3
Sprinkle over the sugar and put in hot oven (200'c) for 20-25 mins or until cooked and caramelised with lots of lovely dark juices (leave to cool at this stage if desired)

slice your cake into 10 slices and put each slice up the side of a ramekin or individual serving dish/glass

Top with a spoonfull of cooked plums and some juices
step 6
Finish with a spoonfull of the yoghurt - you can leave these for several hours at room temperature, they actually improve as the cake soaks up the caramelised juices. Enjoy!
