Great recipe, I make sure I char the skin so it's got a good texture first and then place the salmon skin-side up on top of the curry towards the end and slowly cook it. Lovely.

Lovely recipe, I reduced the amount of cumin and added some green beans. Really quick and simple.

Made this last night. Amazing!!! I took the skin off the salmon and cut it into large chucks. Cooked the sauce for a bit longer say 20-25min then reduced heat and added salmon for 15 min. The salmon stayed soft and moist. Just needs a bit if seasoning Try it you won't be disappointed Thanks for sharing more please

When you tip the salmon in, are you meant to include the lemon juice that it's been marinating in?
27th Sep, 2018
I didn't. I think all the lemon juice would make it too acidic otherwise.
