• 1 cup boiled whole green Moong
  • 2 cup boiled red ChoriChori
  • 1 cup finely chopped or grated carrots
  • 1 cup chopped zucchini or cucumber
  • Add chopped green and red apples

  • Juice of 1-2 limes

  • STEP 1
    Place in a large bowl and toss in all the ingredients.

    Heat the Rice Bran Oil in a pan and add the tempering ingredients: mustard seeds, slit green chilies, red chilies
  • STEP 3
    half a tsp turmeric and curry leaves.
  • STEP 4
    Squeeze lemon and salt to taste.
  • STEP 5
    Super food Antioxidant Salad is now ready to eat.
