Ingredients
1 tea cup boiled milk
1 teaspoon haldi (turmeric)
½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper powder
Method
STEP 1
Boil the milk
STEP 2
Switch off the flame and add the turmeric and pepper.
STEP 3
Drink it while it is very hot.
STEP 4
Note: this can be consumed morning and night.
STEP 5
Care: remain warm after consuming this at night. Do not get exposed to cold conditions
