• Packet of chorizo sausage
  • 500g turkey breast mince
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp coriander seeds
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 6 cardamon pods - split
  • 500g jar tomato with chunky vegetables
  • Can of kidney beans in chilli sauce
  • 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
  • garlic oil
  • Handful of chopped fresh coriander


  • STEP 1
    Slice/chop the chorizo sausage and fry in a large pan with the garlic oil until turning brown
  • STEP 2
    Add the mince and the spices and cook for 5 minutes
  • STEP 3
    Add the tomato sauce and the beans plus the chilli flakes, bring to the boil and simmer for 20 minutes
  • STEP 4
    Sprinkle over the coriander and serve with rice
