Method
- STEP 1Preheat oven 150 degrees C
- STEP 2Beat egg whites and sugar on high speed and electric mixer.about 5 minutes
- STEP 3Add vanilla and almond essence,beat well.
- STEP 4Mix desiccated coconut.
- STEP 5Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto greased baking sheets. Bake 25 minutes or until golden brown.
- STEP 6Cool and serve
