Chop up the potatoes and put on to boil

place the salmon fillets on top of a piece of foil, pour over a little olive oil, some squeezy honey and some soy sauce, with a little salt. Wrap up the foil parcel and place in oven pre heated 180 for approx 20 minutes

fry oinion in a little oil until soft

once potatoes done , mash with a little milk add salt if liked. Mix in the cooked onion, fresh corriander and the cooked salmon ,and squeeze in some lemon juice, mash together

form into cakes then quickly roll in flour, dip in egg and roll in bread crumbs , chill in fridge for 20 minutes then fry for a few minutes each side until golden
