Ingredients
- 4 eggs (at room temp) - with orange peel & essence
- 250g butter (1 Lurpak)
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 cups plain flour
- 4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup milk
Method
- STEP 1Cream butter & sugar until light and fluffy
- STEP 2Beat eggs, then add to mixed sugar & butter gradually while beating
- STEP 3Pour 1\3 of the flour and mix in well
- STEP 4Pour in 1\2 milk and mix well
- STEP 5Now alternate between flour and milk until ingredients are blended in. (Always end rotation in flour)
