great and easy to make indian flatbreads ideal with a curry or for making wraps

  • 70 grams of plain flour
  • 70 grams of wholemeal flour
  • 1 tblsp olive oil
  • 1/2 a tsp salt
  • 50 - 70 mls water


    1. add all the dry ingredients into a food processor or bowl
    2. add the oil
    3. slowly whilst mixing add the water until mix comes together
    4. gently knead dough then leave to rest for 10 minutes. whilst resting heat a frying pan on a high heat
    5. divide dough into 6 pieces and roll out. turn heat down to medium high and add chappatis one at a time cook for 1 minute each side or until it starts to bubble up
