Feta - Spinach Pie

Ingredients
Foundation:
- 125g margarine or butter
- 250 ml plain flour
- 25 ml water
Filling:
- 200g feta cheese
- 150g of frozen spinach
- 3 eggs
- 120g sour cream
- pinch of white pepper
Method
- STEP 1Mix foundation's ingredients and press the dough to a low-lying casserole. Press small holes with a fork.
- STEP 2Bake the foundation in 200C for 10 minutes in the mid of the oven. While the foundation is baking, mix all the ingredients of the filling.
- STEP 3Digest the frozen spinach well. Crumble feta cheese and add all other ingredients.
- STEP 4When the foundation has baked for 10 minutes, take it out of the oven, add the filling and put it back to the oven. Bake it now for about 40 minutes.
