  • 500 gm Paneer (Prepare small Paneer balls)
  • 4 tbsp Corn Flour
  • Green chilli (10 to 15 medium sizes)
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Chilli Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Soya Sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 Green Capsicum (chopped)
  • 4 Onions


    1. Mix Paneer balls with corn flour fry it in a kadai till it become brown.
    2. In a separate kadai, fry onions till brown.
    3. Cut green chilli into small pieces and add it to fried onion.
    4. Then put small pieces of capsicum and fry it for sometime.
    5. Add Fried Paneer to it.
    6. Then drop tomato/chill/soya sauce into kadai.
    7. Add salt also and stir it for 3/4 mints.
    8. Chili Paneer is ready.

great simple recipe. my parents found it and cook it regularly. Tastes like the restaurant style dishes Ive tried.

Added spinach, chickpeas and extra sauce to make a really quick,easy meal. Lovely!

I tried this recipe a year ago , and it was a hit with my children. They love paneer and I make this once a Month and every time they say the same thing "Yum Yum" Very easy and simple to follow recipe .

Love love this! Taste almost as good as the local restaurant! If I made my own paneer it would taste as good if not better. We double the amount of sauce and pepper for our taste buds!

Great recipe! Will definitely make it again with extra chilli sauce because my family prefers hot food

Such a yummy recipe, tastes just like the restaurants Only thing I would change is to add more of the ketchup/soya sauce mix, otherwise it's a bit dry :)
