  • step 1

    measure equal quantities of butter, syrup and brown sugar.
  • step 2

    Place in small pan and heat over medium heat.
  • step 3

    Allow to boil for 2 minutes.
  • step 4

    Add to creme brulee for caramel creme brulee, ice cream etc.
