Ingredients
- Use same quantities of golden syrup, brown sugar and butter. e.g.
- 100g brown sugar
- 100g golden syrup
- 100g butter
Method
- STEP 1measure equal quantities of butter, syrup and brown sugar.
- STEP 2Place in small pan and heat over medium heat.
- STEP 3Allow to boil for 2 minutes.
- STEP 4Add to creme brulee for caramel creme brulee, ice cream etc.
