Preheat the oven to 220/200/Gas mark 7. Spread 1/2 tablespoon of garlic butter on half of the tortilla. Spread 1 tablespoon of passata on the same half. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of mozzarella and 2 slices of cut up pepperoni on top. Roll and place onto a baking try. Repeat for the rest of the tortillas.
