Ingredients

  • 2 medium onions,chopped
  • 2 Chillis
  • 2 Garlic cloves crushed
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Coriander
  • 1 tsp Cayenne
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 3 Tomatoes,choppped
  • 1 Can of Coconut Milk
  • 4 Chicken Breasts, diced
  • 1 tbsp Tomatoe Paste

1 tbsp Oil,for frying

  • 1 tbsp Oil,for frying

Method

  • STEP 1
    Gently fry onion and chillis in oil until softened
  • STEP 2
    Add Cayenn,Coriander,Turneric,Cumin,Garlic and fry on a low heat for 5 minutes
  • STEP 3
    Add tomato paste and diced chicked, fry until chicken sealed
  • STEP 4
    Add Tomatoes and Coconut milk
  • STEP 5
    Simmer gently for at least 20 mins
