Brazillian style coconut curry

Ingredients
- 2 medium onions,chopped
- 2 Chillis
- 2 Garlic cloves crushed
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Coriander
- 1 tsp Cayenne
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 3 Tomatoes,choppped
- 1 Can of Coconut Milk
- 4 Chicken Breasts, diced
- 1 tbsp Tomatoe Paste
1 tbsp Oil,for frying
- 1 tbsp Oil,for frying
Method
- STEP 1Gently fry onion and chillis in oil until softened
- STEP 2Add Cayenn,Coriander,Turneric,Cumin,Garlic and fry on a low heat for 5 minutes
- STEP 3Add tomato paste and diced chicked, fry until chicken sealed
- STEP 4Add Tomatoes and Coconut milk
- STEP 5Simmer gently for at least 20 mins
