  • 2 medium onions,chopped
  • 2 Chillis
  • 2 Garlic cloves crushed
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Coriander
  • 1 tsp Cayenne
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 3 Tomatoes,choppped
  • 1 Can of Coconut Milk
  • 4 Chicken Breasts, diced
  • 1 tbsp Tomatoe Paste
  • 1 tbsp Oil,for frying


    1. Gently fry onion and chillis in oil until softened
    2. Add Cayenn,Coriander,Turneric,Cumin,Garlic and fry on a low heat for 5 minutes
    3. Add tomato paste and diced chicked, fry until chicken sealed
    4. Add Tomatoes and Coconut milk
    5. Simmer gently for at least 20 mins
