Ingredients
- 175g sugar
- 175g butter
- 175g self raisin flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 3 medium eggs
- 3 tbsp golden syrup
Method
- STEP 1Pre heat oven to 180c
- STEP 2Mix together sugar and butter all in a bowl (i warmed up butter to make more softer ) till mix is light
- STEP 3Add the eggs one at a time while mixing till light and fluffy
- STEP 4Sifted the flour and baking powder into the mix then mix all together then add the syrup keep mixing
- STEP 5Put in cake tin and place in the oven for 30 mins or till the knife is clean when u stab the cake
- STEP 6When done take out leave to cool
