I’ve made this recipe lots of times and it’s so easy-no need to bake blind either!Love it!

This should be removed. A ridiculous recipe. Spent ages preparing it only to find all other recipes recommend a blind bake of the pastry. Don’t really know why you allow recipes such as this to be published.

Always best to bake blind quiches pastry for ~20 minutes otherwise very likely to be soggy as the egg mixture never allows the pastry to dry out.
