Cinnamon and Vanilla Cake

Ingredients
- 20cm cake tin
- 125g sugar
- 125g self raising flour
- 125g butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1tblsp whole milk
- 1tsp cinnamon
- 1 1/2tsp vanilla paste
Method
- STEP 1preheat oven to 180°
- STEP 2grease and line tin
- STEP 3cream sugar and butter until smooth
- STEP 4beat in the eggs
- STEP 5add in the vanilla paste
- STEP 6sift in the flour and cinnamon
- STEP 7add in the milk
- STEP 8pour into tin and smooth out until even
- STEP 9bake for 20-25mins
- STEP 10leave to cool for 5mins before removing from the tin
- STEP 11place on wire rack until cool
- STEP 12cut, serve and enjoy!
