Method
step 1
combine butter, chocolate and brown sugar in a pan and stir over a medium heat until melted.

Remove from the heat and allow to cool slightly then whisk in the eggs

Add flour, cocoa and baking powder and stir until well combined. Pour into a greased, lined rectangular tin (approx 18cm x 28cm)

Beat the cream cheese and caster sugar until smooth and creamy then spoon randomly over the chocolate mixture and swirl with the tip of a knife to give a marble effect.

bake at 180C, gas mark 4 for 35 - 40 mins or until cooked through. Allow to cool before slicing
