- 250g wholegrain flour
- 250g white flour
- 350ml water
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 package dry yeast
Method

Mix all the ingredients till you have a nice and soft dough. Then cover it and let the dough rise for an hour. Mix it again and put it into a greased backing form. Brush some water on top of the dough and put it into the oven for 40-50 minutes. I start to bake at 220° and reduce it after roughly half the time. This depends on the form you choose for baking.
