Ingredients
Doughnut Batter
- 130g Plain Flour
- 75g Castre Sugar
- 1tsp Baking Powder
- 90ml Buttermilk
- 1 beaten egg
- 2 tbsp Melted Butter
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 5 crushed Oreos
Oreo Topping
- 130g Plain Flour
- 75g Castre Sugar
- 1tsp Baking Powder
- 90ml Buttermilk
- 1 beaten egg
- 2 tbsp Melted Butter
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 5 crushed Oreos
- 70g Icing Sugar
- 3 tsp Milk
- 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 crushed Oreos
- 2 Oreos with the biscuit - melted.
Method
- STEP 1Preheat the oven to 190, grease a 12 hole mini doughnut pan.
- STEP 2Mix flour, baking powder and sugar
- STEP 3Add in the buttermilk, egg, butter and vanilla extract. Combine till smooth.
- STEP 4Stir in crushed oreos.
- STEP 5Pour mixture into a piping bag and fill the doughnut pan.
- STEP 6Bake for 5-6.
- STEP 7For the topping sieve the icing sugar into a bowl and mix in the milk and vanilla extract until smooth.
- STEP 8Dip donuts in glaze and sprinkle on crushed Oreo.
