Doughnut Batter

  • 130g Plain Flour
  • 75g Castre Sugar
  • 1tsp Baking Powder
  • 90ml Buttermilk
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 2 tbsp Melted Butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 5 crushed Oreos

Oreo Topping

  • 70g Icing Sugar
  • 3 tsp Milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 crushed Oreos
  • 2 Oreos with the biscuit - melted.


  1. Preheat the oven to 190, grease a 12 hole mini doughnut pan.

  2. Mix flour, baking powder and sugar

  3. Add in the buttermilk, egg, butter and vanilla extract. Combine till smooth.

  4. Stir in crushed oreos.

  5. Pour mixture into a piping bag and fill the doughnut pan.

  6. Bake for 5-6.

  7. For the topping sieve the icing sugar into a bowl and mix in the milk and vanilla extract until smooth.

  8. Dip donuts in glaze and sprinkle on crushed Oreo.
