Ovan Baked Chicken Tikka

Ingredients
- 8 chicken thighs
- 3 onions thinly sliced
- 5 tbsp tikka paste
- 2 tsp cumin seeds
- zest and juice 1 lemon
- small bunch coriander
- 150ml stock
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- serve with rice, natural yogurt and mango chutney
Method
- STEP 1rub chicken thighs with tikka paste
- STEP 2mix all ingrediants together
- STEP 3bake for 45 min stirring the onions after 20 min until the chicken is brown and the onions tender
