Ingredients

  • 8 chicken thighs
  • 3 onions thinly sliced
  • 5 tbsp tikka paste
  • 2 tsp cumin seeds
  • zest and juice 1 lemon
  • small bunch coriander
  • 150ml stock
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • serve with rice, natural yogurt and mango chutney

Method

  • STEP 1
    rub chicken thighs with tikka paste
  • STEP 2
    mix all ingrediants together
  • STEP 3
    bake for 45 min stirring the onions after 20 min until the chicken is brown and the onions tender
