  • 8 chicken thighs
  • 3 onions thinly sliced
  • 5 tbsp tikka paste
  • 2 tsp cumin seeds
  • zest and juice 1 lemon
  • small bunch coriander
  • 150ml stock
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • serve with rice, natural yogurt and mango chutney


    1. rub chicken thighs with tikka paste
    2. mix all ingrediants together
    3. bake for 45 min stirring the onions after 20 min until the chicken is brown and the onions tender
