Ingredients
- 8oz Chocolate
- 1 cup Sugar
- 3 tbsp Cornflour
- 4 Eggs
- 4 Egg Yolks
Topping
- 8oz Chocolate
- 1 cup Sugar
- 3 tbsp Cornflour
- 4 Eggs
- 4 Egg Yolks
- A Scoop Of Ice Cream
- Sprinkles [Optional]
- Chocolate Syrup [Optional]
Method
- STEP 1Melt the chocolate then in a separate bowl add the sugar and cornstarch then mix. Mix the chocolate with the dry ingredients until creamy.
- STEP 2Beat the eggs and egg yolks, then pour into the mixture. Chill overnight in the fridge then pour into little cylinder desert cups and bake at 375°F [190°C] for 28-30 minutes.
- STEP 3Take out of cup upside down. Add a scoop of Ice-Cream. Then Enjoy.
