  • 1/2 Cup Shredded chicken minced(boiled)
  • 1 Stick Finely minced celery
  • 500 Grams Whole nearby little baby clams
  • 1 Cup Peeled new Shrimp
  • 1 Big White onion finely cleaved
  • 1 Small size Finely cleaved red pepper
  • 1 Tsp Finely cleaved Garlic pod
  • 1 Tsp Black pepper powder
  • 1 Tbsp Salt or salt according to your taste
  • To make the white sauce for this food need
  • 1 Tbsp unsalted Butter
  • 4 Tbsp plain white flour
  • 2 Tbsp Fresh cream
  • 2 Cup fresh milk
  • some water of less if required
  • For embellish require few leaf of wavy parsley


  1. Place a wok/kadai on gas fire… Put olive oil on it and warm it. Presently put Onion Chopped into the wok/kadai to saute properly. At that point include slashed garlic and sautee every one of the elements for 1 mins. After 1 mins include cleaned little baby clams, shrimp, chicken, red pepper chopped and pepper powder. Sear for 2 mins and sim the gas fire.

  2. Take another griddle or wok and put unsalted butter on it. When unsalted butter liquefy includes plain white flour. Sautee butter and flour in the moderate gas fire for 1-2 mins or until the aroma similar to flour gone. When it did add milk into it and include salt. Presently in this stage transform the gas fire into high and lid tight for soup begin to bubble.

  3. When it done added all the seafood mixture you done previously and put a leaf of parsley. Blend extremely well everything. When you think soup is too thick add little water to thin it. Heat up the soup for 1 or 2 mins at that point include cream, blend well and sim the gas fire. Simple & Easy chowder recipe is prepared to serve. Enliven this dish with parsley and present with bread or can eat without anything.

  4. Note Uncleaned seafood eating can be hazardous to your health so always clean selfish and clams before cooking.
