  • 75ml dark soy sauce
  • 75ml olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 3 tsp five spice powder
  • 2 tsp grated fresh ginger

Method

  • step 1

    Combine all ingredients except chicken, and marinate chicken at least an hour - overnight for a stronger flavour!
  • step 2

    Bake at 190C for about 30 minutes, basting or adding marinade periodically.
