Ingredients
For the pastry
- 900g of a jucy fruit (prune/peach/blueberries...)
- 60g of flour
- 100g of brown sugar (thin)
- 100g of butter
- 2 tbp of cinnamon
- 1 tsp of nutmeg
- 100g of oats
For serving (optional)

Method
- STEP 1Preheat the oven at 175ºC or 350ºF
- STEP 2Cut the fruit chosen and set it up in a baking pan.
- STEP 3Mix flour, brown sugar, butter, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt in a bowl using a pastry cutter or two knives until evenly crumbled.
- STEP 4Fold oats into flour mixture; sprinkle and press topping into the fruit setted in the pan.
- STEP 5Bake in the preheated oven until topping is lightly browned, about 30 minutes.
