Ingredients
- 1 kg. Pork tenderloin in strips
- Pepper sliced thin
- Onion sliced thin
- 2 garlic clove crushed
- 1 tsp. chilly powder
- 1 tsp. Paprika
- Soy Sauce
- Cornflour
Method
- STEP 1Mix Pork, onion, pepper, garlic and Soy sauce. Place in fridge for 2 to 3 hours.
- STEP 2Stir fry Pork mix. Add water and thicken. Serve with Rice or Noodles
