Bread and Butter Pudding

Ingredients
- 6 slices of white bread
- 1 pint of milk
- 2tbsp of birds custard powder
- 2 tbsp sugar
- mixed fruit
- 1 tsp nutmeg
Method
- STEP 1To start cut all the crusts of the bread then butter and cut into triangles
- STEP 2sprinkle bread with the mixed fruit
- STEP 3into a jug mix the custard powder ,sugar and a little of the milk together
- STEP 4Pour the rest of the milk into a pan and stir till boiling
- STEP 5When the milk is boiling pour the custard mix into it and whisk till thick
- STEP 6Pour custard over bread and fruit then sprinkle with the nutmeg
- STEP 7place into a 180c oven for 10-20 minutes or until brown
