- STEP 1
fry onions in a big pan on low heat for 5 mins. add garlic and fry another 8 mins, add paprika for 1 min. add chopped tomatoes and butter beans

Add lemon zest, juice of half a lemon, the stock and the fish to the pan, cover and cook for 10 mins.
- STEP 3
Melt the butter and crushed garlic to a small frying pan. Add the asparagus and cook for 2-3 mins.
- STEP 4
Season and serve the fish sprinkled with fresh basil, lemon wedge and the asparagus. (add sliced radishes to the butter bean mix for extra spice)
