    Sieve Icing Sugar
  • step 2

    put the egg whites into a clean grease free bowl.
  • step 3

    Beat the egg whites whilst adding the icing sugar a little at a time, until it becomes a thick creamy consistancy and standing peaks.
  • step 4

    add glycerine and beat in.
  • step 5

    spread over cake and use knife to lift peaks.
