Ingredients
- 1 Large Cooked Beetroot
- 4 Spring Onions
- Salad Leaves
- Handful of mixed seeds (sunflower, sesame, chia, linseed)
Garlic Yoghurt Dressing
- 1 Large Cooked Beetroot
- 4 Spring Onions
- Salad Leaves
- Handful of mixed seeds (sunflower, sesame, chia, linseed)
- Greek Yoghurt
- 1 Clove of Garlic
- Sea Salt
Method
- STEP 1Chop and dice the beetroot and cut the spring onions into small pieces, then add both to a salad bowl with the leaves and the seeds.
- STEP 2Put the salt and the garlic into a small bowl and crush together, then add 4 tablespoons of yoghurt and mix.
- STEP 3Pour the dressing into the salad bowl and mix it around to ensure it coats all the ingredients, then serve.
