Baked salmon with peas and corn

Inspiration for a light lunch
- salmon steak
- fresh peas (handful)
- corn (handful)
- 1 slice of butter
- salt, pepper
- fresh basil
- 1 tbl spoon olive oil
- STEP 1Heat oven to 180C. We pack salmon with pepper and thyme into aluminum foil. We bake 15 minutes.
- STEP 2Pour the peas with boiling water for one minute. On the pan give one slice of butter, peas and corn, salt and pepper. We rest 3 minutes.
- STEP 3We chop basil and we will add olive oil and lemon juice. Warm peas and corn crush, put salmon and we drip basil oil.
