Baked salmon with peas and corn

Ingredients

  • salmon steak
  • fresh peas (handful)
  • corn (handful)
  • 1 slice of butter
  • salt, pepper
  • fresh basil
  • lemon
  • thyme
  • 1 tbl spoon olive oil

Method

  • STEP 1
    Heat oven to 180C. We pack salmon with pepper and thyme into aluminum foil. We bake 15 minutes.
  • STEP 2
    Pour the peas with boiling water for one minute. On the pan give one slice of butter, peas and corn, salt and pepper. We rest 3 minutes.
  • STEP 3
    We chop basil and we will add olive oil and lemon juice. Warm peas and corn crush, put salmon and we drip basil oil.
