  • salmon steak
  • fresh peas (handful)
  • corn (handful)
  • 1 slice of butter
  • salt, pepper
  • fresh basil
  • lemon
  • thyme
  • 1 tbl spoon olive oil


  1. Heat oven to 180C. We pack salmon with pepper and thyme into aluminum foil. We bake 15 minutes.

  2. Pour the peas with boiling water for one minute. On the pan give one slice of butter, peas and corn, salt and pepper. We rest 3 minutes.

  3. We chop basil and we will add olive oil and lemon juice. Warm peas and corn crush, put salmon and we drip basil oil.
