• 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 30 g plain flour
  • 175g mozzarella
  • 2 spring onions
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 100g breadcrumbs


  • STEP 1
    Cook chicken breasts in oven until golden brown. Take out and shred breasts in to a bowl using two forks.
  • STEP 2
    Preheat hot oil to a pan. Add the rest of the remaining ingredients into the bowl with the shredded chicken breast and mix with fingers
  • STEP 3
    Take mixture and squash into patty shapes. Dip once into breadcrumbs until evenly covered.
  • STEP 4
    Dip into boiling oil and fry for 3 minutes.
