Cheesy Chicken Balls

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 30 g plain flour
  • 175g mozzarella
  • 2 spring onions
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 100g breadcrumbs


  1. Cook chicken breasts in oven until golden brown. Take out and shred breasts in to a bowl using two forks.

  2. Preheat hot oil to a pan. Add the rest of the remaining ingredients into the bowl with the shredded chicken breast and mix with fingers

  3. Take mixture and squash into patty shapes. Dip once into breadcrumbs until evenly covered.

  4. Dip into boiling oil and fry for 3 minutes.
