step 1
Pre-heat the oven to 200oC. Get a 7 inch cake tin and put on the grease proof paper.

Get a mixing bowl and a scales and weigh the caster sugar and the butter then mix together until you get a creamy mixture.

Then mix in the self-raising flour and the cocoa powder into the creamy mixture, mix thoroughly.

Whisk 1 egg in a cup then add your milk to the cup the to the mixture. Put the mixture into the cake tin then to the oven for 15 minutes.

Now for the icing get a seperate bowl and add 2 tsp of icing sugar, 1 tsp of water, 2 tsp of nutella, 2 tsp of milk, 2 tsp of brown sugar, 1 dsp of cocoa powder and then 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract.

Once cake is ready leave on a cooling rack for 15 minutes, the apply the icing to the top of the cake and walla youve got you'r Chocolate Suprise ready to eat.
