Ingredients
- 1 beef fillet, trimmed, (about 1.5kg)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 1/2 tsp coarse sea salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 40g watercress
- 20g wholegrain mustard
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 110ml soured cream
Method
- STEP 1grill beef on high 90 secs each side
- STEP 2roast beef at 220c for 14 mins for med-rare
- STEP 3blitz everything else except sour cream
- STEP 4add sour cream
