Peel your potatoes and rapidly boil them for about 5 minutes or untill tender.

Then put them on a tray and seperate into 3 section or just so you can see the difference. Put plenty of salt and pepper on all of them but put extra salt and pepper on the salt and pepper section.

Cut up the corriander or parsley and sprinkle plenty on then herb section. Then put on lots of chilli powder on your chilli section and you can add the fresh chilli if you like it extra spicy.

sprinkle with plenty of olive oil and put in the oven on fan at 250deg C.
